What the service does

Ads Analytics Panel is a read-only reporting and monitoring dashboard operated by UNION FILM S.R.O. It is used by the company's own advertising team and offered to the partner media-buying teams it works with. Each person connects, using Facebook Login, the Facebook ad accounts they operate, and the panel presents the performance of those accounts — campaigns, ad sets, ads, spend and delivery metrics — in one place, together with alerts about operational problems such as disabled ad accounts or rejected ads.

Each person connects their own Facebook assets and sees only the data of the accounts they operate. The panel is a private B2B tool for the operator's team and its partners, not a public consumer product.

Read-only by design

The service only reads data through the official Meta Marketing API. It does not create, edit, pause or delete campaigns, ad sets, ads or budgets, and it does not post content to Pages. It performs no write operations against the Meta APIs of any kind.

The permissions it requests are limited to what the reporting requires:

• ads_read — read campaign structure and performance metrics for the connected ad accounts.
• pages_show_list — list the Pages associated with those ad accounts.
• pages_read_engagement — read basic public metadata of those Pages.
• public_profile — identify the connecting user inside the panel.

Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and are used solely to retrieve the data shown to the account owner. A team member can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes the stored token; see the data deletion instructions.
