Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Ads Analytics Panel (the "Service") and connecting a Facebook account to it, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Ads Analytics Panel is a reporting dashboard, operated by UNION FILM S.R.O. for its own advertising team and its partner media buyers, that reads, via the official Meta Marketing API, the advertising data of accounts the user has explicitly connected. It is provided to authorised team members only.

3. Acceptable use

• You will only connect Facebook accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service.
• You will not use the Service to violate Meta's Platform Terms or applicable advertising regulations.

4. Data

The handling of personal and advertising data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Data Deletion Instructions.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Advertising metrics shown in the panel are derived from data returned by Meta and may differ from figures shown in the official Ads Manager due to caching or API limitations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNION FILM S.R.O. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
