Privacy Policy

Ads Analytics Panel ("we", "our", "the Service") is a reporting dashboard operated by UNION FILM S.R.O. for its own advertising team and the partner media buyers it works with, to monitor the Facebook advertising accounts they operate, through the official Meta Marketing API. This Privacy Policy explains what data we receive from Meta, how we store it, and how you can request its deletion.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by UNION FILM S.R.O., Vodičkova 791/41, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic (company ID 62576631). For any privacy-related requests please contact vorontsovaelina@ukr.net. More about the company and the service: /about.

2. What data we collect

When you connect a Facebook account to the Service, we receive and store:

• Your Facebook user ID and public display name (via public_profile).
• A list of advertising accounts and Business Manager objects you have access to (via ads_read).
• Ad campaign, ad set and ad metadata (name, status, objective, budget), plus aggregated performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions and currency (via ads_read).
• Basic information about Facebook Pages associated with your ad accounts — page ID, name, like count (via pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement).
• The OAuth access token required to call the Marketing API on your behalf. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256.

We do not collect your Facebook password, your private messages, your friends list, or any data unrelated to advertising performance.

3. Why we use it

• To display your advertising performance in the dashboard.
• To detect operational issues such as banned ad accounts, rejected ads or anomalous spend, and to notify you about them inside the panel.
• To allow you to export your own data and run analytical queries.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or any third-party purposes.

4. How we store and protect data

• All data is stored in a private PostgreSQL database accessible only to the Service backend.
• OAuth access tokens are encrypted with AES-256 before being written to the database.
• All connections between the browser, the Service and Meta servers use TLS.
• Access to production infrastructure is limited to the Ads Analytics operators.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent or share your Facebook data with any third party. The data is used solely to power the dashboard for the user who connected it. The only external services involved are:

• Meta Graph / Marketing API — the source of the data.
• Anthropic Claude API — only when you explicitly ask the in-app AI assistant to analyse your stats; the assistant receives only aggregated metrics, never access tokens.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account in the Service is active. If you disconnect a Facebook account or request deletion, we remove all associated tokens, ad account references and cached metrics within 30 days.

7. Your rights and how to delete your data

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing vorontsovaelina@ukr.net. See also our Data Deletion Instructions page for the step-by-step procedure required by Meta.

8. Children

The Service is a B2B advertising tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the document indicates when the latest revision was published.
